BLUEBEERRY
An American phenomena! Incorporating 240 pounds of Maine blueberries into a unique medium-bodied ale.
CALIFORNIA COMMON
Along with Cream Ale, this is America’s other indigenous beer style, made with lager yeast & fermented at 55° to create a fruity lager with a good hop presence.
CARLYLE CREAM ALE
A smooth straw colored ale. One of America’s two hybrid styles. This beer is fermented cool to produce a crisp, light-bodied, clean tasting ale.
This Flemish style soured mash, medium-bodied red ale is lactic, tart and delicious. It is traditionally blended with at least year old gueuze and fruits.
HOLIDAZE PORTER
Has holiday shopping put you in a daze? Give this dark, medium-bodied porter a try. The use of ginger and honey makes this holiday beer unique.

HOP HARVEST
The use of a hundred pounds of fresh Centennial & Cascade hops make this a rare find on the east coast. A beautifully balanced red ale with medium body & lots of hop flavor.
IMPERIAL IPA
Another beer in our stable with the “intense” designation hung around its neck. With almost double the malt as our Bottle Rocket IPA, 9% ABV and 22 pounds of hops, this medium-bodied golden ale has an amazing balance for such an assertive beer.
IMPERIAL PILSNER
This Northern European style pils is similar to the Friezland Helles style, with a bold hoppiness and a touch of fruit.
IMPERIAL PORTER
Bigger, darker and more "Imperial" than our Robust Porter, brewed with a Baltic flair.
KILLER B
Our braggot, a medieval ale style, is brewed with 120 pounds of honey which imparts a unique sweetness. A golden, full-bodied, robust ale with just enough hops to balance its sweet side.
PUMPKIN ALE
Brewed with spices and 100 pounds of locally grown Dickinson pumpkins. This style dates back to colonial times, when brewers were still dependent on Europe for many supplies, especially malt. Brewers learned that they could extend their meager malt supplies by using starchy vegetables such as pumpkins, squash, and potatoes.
THAIZENHEIMER
This twist on our Weizenheimer is brewed with ginger, lemon grass & kafir lime leaves. What we have here is a refreshing summer wheat beer.
WEIZENBOCK
A dark wheat bock beer. The addition of New Hampshire maple syrup in the fermenting beer creates a complexity unknown in most beers.
WILD THANG
A dark straw golden ale utilizing the tantalizing whole grains of wild rice to create a nut like character. The use of sterling hops help add a cherry flavor to this light bodied, crisp ale.
WINTER RYE
The Belgian yeast character hits you in the front and then the slight tantalizing tartness of the rye malt comes though and lasts to the finish - a very nice light-amber, medium-bodied beer that will warm you as winter nears.
WITT2
This is a double wit that’s a little less fruity & a lot bigger in flavor than our regular Wit.
WHEAT WINE
A toffee-like flavor predominates this bold & assertive wheat ale.
