Here we are again at the start of another social calendar year! This year we are beginning with the Reap What You Sow-Cial; pairing fall inspired dishes with our popular on tap fall brews. The Chefs and I are inspired for this menu by the local farmer’s bountiful harvest of squash, mushrooms, greens, apples and pumpkins. Big shout out to Meadows Mirth  ( and Brookford Farm ( for being our primary farms for this social.

We have put together an enticing menu using some of the best fall flavors around.  I am most excited to share with everyone my grandmother’s sausage dressing; it will be accompanying the Turkey Roulade.  This dish has been made at every family Thanksgiving for the past 50 years! Dez is really excited to be making soufflés for the first time and will go great with the Imperial Pumpkin Porter. Please join us Thursday, November 20th for this fall feast, hope to see you there!
