Keeping with the Belgian tradition this Dubbel is a full-bodied brown ale that is brewed to supply the daily ration of bread for the Monks.  The incorporation of Belgian candi syrup and a yeast strain sourced from a Belgian monastery gives this beer its authentic fruity and subtle spice flavor. The addition of Montmorency cherries compliments the natural fruit esters present in this style and adds a touch of tartness. Sure to be a real treat during the holidays!
