We went globe-trotting for some inspiration with this one. We started with a Belgian White ale base of Belgian Pilsner malt, malted wheat, flaked wheat and un-malted wheat. Then we went to the southern hemisphere and gave it a hefty dose of New Zealand hops in the kettle, whirlpool and dry hop. The combination of Pacific Jade, Motueka and Riwaka hops in combination with a Belgian Wit yeast help give this smooth, yet assertively bitter IPA notes of citrus peel, melon, pepper and spice. Kiwis might not actually wear trousers, but if they did; this would be their beer of choice
