A double dry hopped New England-style IPA, with low hop bitterness and big tropical fruit flavors. The addition of malted wheat, flaked oats and flaked wheat help give this juicy IPA a smooth mouthfeel. For this batch we used Mackinac and Idaho Gem hops which give some incredible aromas and flavors of citrus, papaya, and berry.
