Hey all,

We finally got internet back here in the brewery after being down for a couple of days. I wanted to let you all know that the Dogfish Head dinner went very well. The food and beers were all quite delish! But, good news for all who is reading this, we didn’t go through all of the Dogfish Beers! We are serving them here at the brewery. We have a special tap in the cold room here to pour them with out wasting a drop. We are serving 8 oz pours for $3.00. The first beer we have pouring is the Midas Touch, is a made with honey and saffron. Behind this beer we will be serving (in order) Indian Brown Ale, Sah’Tea, Raison d’etre and then Palo Santo Ale. We only have a few gallons of each left so they might go fast, they might not. Only time will tell.

Now to the P-brew beers; The Moat Mountain Weiss is just about gone and is going to be replaced with our Hefeweizen. This batch is very nice, not overwhelming banana on the palate with a nice clove spiciness in the finish. Also, the cask changed to IPA with East Kent Goldings which is a nice earthy British hop.
