Get you taste buds ready for a Carnival in your mouth…Calypso Pale Ale has hit the taps and it is an Incredibly Palatable Ale (new acronym for IPA???). This Dry hopped American pale ale (APA) has the late addition of Bravo and then is dry hopped with Calypso hops. The dry bodied APA had flavors/aromas of apple, spice Pear and lime peel. This is a Pale Ale for all you IPA Drinkers out there.
