For our 32nd Anniversary, we decided to pull out all the tricks in our brewhouse to create something truly special. Utilizing a complex grain bill comprised of 100% Maine grown malt from Blue Ox Malthouse in Lisbon falls, ME, we started with a rustic farmhouse ale base. To that we added Triumph and Centennial hops grown right up in Starksboro, VT from Champlain Valley Hops. A generous post fermentation dry-hopping of these varieties, as well as the addition of lemongrass and pink peppercorn adds a beautiful character of citrus peel, fresh berries and spice. Fermented with a Hornindal Kveik yeast, expect a dry, thirst quenching finish with notes of stone fruit and citrus. Cheers!
