Hey all,
A new beer hit the taps today…the Amerikanisch Kolsch.  We took the trational Kolsch beer style and American-ized it with some Cascdae and Summit in the lagering vessel.  This 4.9% abv beer has a great crisp and clean flavor, with some slight fruitiness from the yeast, with a great citrus aromatic. 
 Its like a Shandy without the Lemonade.
